Speech - Language Pathologist-InternAbout Me
Hi I ‘m Michael, a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist-Intern (SLP-CF) based in Georgetown, Texas. My passion lies in helping children overcome communication challenges, and I specialize in working with a wide range of communication disorders. From speech delays to language impairments, I am committed to supporting each child’s unique journey toward effective communication.
My Journey to Becoming an SLP
My interest in speech therapy began at a young age. Growing up, I benefited from speech therapy and I saw firsthand how vital communication is to our daily lives and how challenging it can be for those who struggle with it. This sparked my desire to pursue a career where I could make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families.
Interests and Hobbies
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me paddle boarding or working out at the gym. I love spending time outdoors, especially attending any live music event. I also love spending time with my dog, Rainey.
Why I Love What I Do
There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing a child’s progress and seeing the joy on their face when they achieve a communication milestone. Every child’s success, no matter how small, fuels my passion for this work. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their journey and to support them in finding their voice.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your child, and to help them thrive in their communication abilities.
