The Children’s Therapy Spot sends SMS messages to individuals
who have requested intake information by calling our office
and selecting the intake option from our phone menu.

to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies. You will receive a one-time message
when requesting intake information. Additional messages may be
sent as part of your care coordination.
Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless
carrier for details.
Opt-Out:
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After opting out you will
receive one confirmation message. No further messages will
be sent.
